The 2012 Flying Legends Airshow at Duxford  lived up to its reputation as one of the best warbird airshows in the world. This programme, features all the action from the show and was filmed using broadcast quality High Definition Cameras. 

Some of the displays featured include the airshow debut of TFC’s immaculate P47 Thunderbolt restoration , 3 Spitfire Mk1’s in formation, Red Bull P-38 Lightning, Spitfire tailchase, 2 Buchon Me109s, Bearcat and Corsair, Catalina, 3 P-51s and B-17, Avro Lancaster, Junkers Ju52 and Jungmeister, P-36 Hawk and 2 P-40s, 2 Hawker Nimrods, Sea Furies, Swordfish, Fokker DR1 and Nieuport 17,  The Aerostars, DC-3 and Sikorsky S38.

The massed flypast at the end is also featured.

The programme also gets you right in the pilots seat with a number of "in-cockpit" minicams in the  P38, P40, P51 Mustang,Bearcat, Spitfire, Aerostars and Fiesler Storch.

Some of these cameras also feature in the 'balbo" at the end to give you a great view of this incredible formation.

There were also cameras on the flightline filming close up views of start-ups and taxying, behind the scenes shots and a "commentary delete" option gives you the ability to just enjoy the sounds of the aircraft.
